Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us at [email protected] with “returns-order ID” in the subject line.  We will refund any unopened items that you are not happy with, within 4 days of receipt. Pre-workouts sometimes may turn clumpy or hard as the powdered ingredients are hygroscopic(because of BETA-ALANINE, L-CITRULLINE), they naturally begin to attract moisture from the air inside the container at room temperature but you won’t face mixability problem which is safe to consume. We would recommend shaking the product vigorously to break down the clumps which would help them to dissolve in the water.

We will notify you through E-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 working days of our receiving your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the E-mail address and name of the person who placed the order.

Note: Items must be unused and in their original state; exchange/returns will not be accepted if the protective-seal has been opened, broken or tampered with and the original contents have been removed.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Any return/exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.
